RULES

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

Candidates applying for admission through CMJ University Should read the following instructions carefully.

Admission will be granted to individual student against application submitted through the respective approved University only. The prescribed application form (available at www.cmjuniversity.edu.in) filled up and completed in all respects by the candidate himself/herself. Special care should be taken to fill up the form legibly and without overwriting in black/blue ink and in capital letters only. No columns should be left blank.

The candidates must ensure, before submitting the application, latest prospectus and also available on website (www.cmjuniversity.edu.in), and that they fulfill the eligibility conditions laid down in the prospectus for the said course.

Photocopies of documents establishing the eligibility of candidate are required to be submitted duty attested by a gazette officer and self attested by the candidate.

The University reserves the right to accept or reject any admission if any deficiency is found in the eligibility or in the information provided in the application form.

Certificate courses are exempted from Admission, Registration and Examination fees.

a. If a Candidate appears in any examination without having proper eligibility or without paying the requisite fee, his/her result of the examination will not be declared and the examination of that year will be annulled and no fee will be refunded.

b. During the process of eligibility verification, if a forged certificate is found to have been submitted, in that case, not only his/her admission will be cancelled, but the candidate will be debarred from appearing at any examination of the University. Legal action may also be initiated against such candidate as the case may be.

c. If the eligibility document’s of a candidate is/are not found genuine at any point of time, the admission, and the examination passed by the candidate is/are liable to be cancelled without any liability on the part of CMJ University and the entire fee paid will be forfeited.

FEES & MODE OF PAYMENT

All payments shall be made by A/C payee bank Drafts in Favour of CMJ University. The University will not be responsible for any payment made in cash.

Complete fee will be deposited with the CMJ University (individual demand draft for each student). Candidate must deposit the forms and pay complete fee prior to the cast date announced. The Candidate shall procure a single Demand Draft for the total amount shown in fee, Course fee, late fee, and any other fee as applicable.

Name, Father’s Name, Course and year should be clearly written at the back of each draft forwarded to the CMJ University. The specific purpose of the draft should also be mentioned e.g. ‘Provisional Certificate Fee’/ Due paper fee/ ‘Re-registration fee’ etc.

Candidates will submit the duly filled in Application forms at the respective Centers along with authorized/attested documents and demand draft and they should take acknowledgment for the same. University may call for original documents for verification at any time..

The CMJ University will not refund the fee once the Admission cum Examination form is accepted, No refund will be permissible against withdrawal of any application.

In case an Application form is rejected either on the ground of incomplete information and/ or ineligibility, the fee deposited by the candidate shall be refunded after deducting the processing charges of Rs. 500 in each case.

The CMJ University does not take any responsibility for postal delays or loss of documents in transit. The fee is prescribed for current session. It may be revised from time to time and the same will be applicable to all students.

Students are advised to check the website (www.cmjuniversity.edu.in) before paying fees. University shall not be liable for any excessive fees paid by the students.

Medium of Examination will be English/Hindi/Local Languages only.

The Prescribed Examination fee is to be paid along with the Application/Re-registration form.

Each candidate shall be examined according to the scheme of examination and syllabus as approved by the CMJ University.

Examination will be tentatively conducted during the month of June/July and Dec/Jan. List of cities where Examination centers are approved. Students would be intimated well before the commencement of Examination.

In Some cases Candidates are given provisional roll number as their eligibility documents are either not submitted or are under verification. However, provisional roll number is not a confirmation of his/her admission. In case a candidate is found ineligible at any stage, his/her admission, examination/result will be annulled and no fee will be refunded.

Internal Assessment: Final result of a candidate is based on 30% weightage to internal assessment and 70% weightage to theory examination by CMJ University internal assessment is based on assignments, on hands training and other academic activities of candidates at university.

Candidates are required to pass each segment of examination independently by securing a minimum of 40% marks. After declaration, the results will be communicated to the university concerned through tabulated result (TR) sheets and will also be available on the website.

CMJ University reserves the right to withhold results for marking enquiry, as it may deem fit, and to take appropriate action against the candidate in case the information furnished by the candidate and verification by the university is found to be incorrect/misleading/false beyond any reasonable doubt.
